The QA team was spending over 10 hours per week manually consolidating UAT feedback from various spreadsheets and emails, delaying bug fixes and stakeholder updates.
I developed a Python script that automatically parsed testing results from structured email templates and Excel files, aggregated the data, and generated a consolidated report with pass/fail rates, bug categorization, and tester feedback.
